Information ShiftKeep stores
ShiftKeep may store information you enter, including workplace names, scheduled and actual shift times, breaks, notes, pay rates, overtime preferences, and app settings. This information is stored locally on your device.
Data collection and tracking
ShiftKeep does not transmit your shift information to Simic Solutions or third parties. The app does not include advertising networks, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data-broker integrations.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal information. Information leaves your device only when you deliberately use an iOS feature to share or export something, if such a feature is available.
Storage, deletion, and security
Your records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, remove the app, or erase the device. Device backups are controlled by your Apple and iOS settings. Protect your records by using a device passcode and keeping iOS current.
Website support requests
The local-storage statements above apply to information entered into the ShiftKeep app. If you voluntarily use the ShiftKeep support form, your email address and support message are transmitted to Simic Solutions through our website hosting provider, Netlify, so we can review and respond to the request.
Support information is used only to provide support, improve ShiftKeep, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Do not include shift records, passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Children
ShiftKeep is a general-purpose work-record app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
